Why do we do this! We limit parking to fete goers only. All vehicles parked at owners risk, all drivers to follow instructions of the marshals |

BOOT FARE |
All pitches must be pre booked, the cost per pitch is £ . Stall holders are not permitted to sell food or drink, or any item that is prohibited by law.

We will do our best to answer public enquiries, but this is manned by volunteers, so please understand we may not be able to answer your question.

**All stall holders must have their own public and product liability insurance– copies required.

Commercial stalls |
Commercial stalls are charged at 12.5% of takings with a minimum fee of £35
|
|
|
Charity stalls |
We have a limited number of pitches for charity stalls, for which we ask a fee of between £7.50 and £?? Leaving it up to the individual charity, to make a fair contribution, depending on their revenue.

Food and drink stalls |
20% of takings with a minimum fee of £50
|
|
|
Programme adverts |
Advertise in the fete programme, normal sales 1000 copies. Full page add £35

Bring your dog and enter on the day—all welcome |

Fairground rides etc |
Please contact us if you wish to operate fairground rides, inflatable's, attractions etc. All operators must have their own public liability insurance and risk assessments and safety certificates..advance copies required.

Grants |
Iden fete gives grants to local charities and groups, if you would like to apply for a donation, please download and complete the form |
